Oscar Stradmann has spent forty years shaping how people live through architectural design and real estate development. He doesn’t work from a desk. He walks, listens, touches. Every material is chosen with care. Oak that smells like the forest. Stone that holds memory. His devotion stems from believing that spaces shape how we feel, and how we feel shapes how we live.

Luca Stradmann expanded from a decade in real estate into digital systems through his agency NoBrands. Where Oscar is touch and instinct, Luca is logic and structure. His expertise spans branding, web development, AI systems, film, marketing. Whether crafting identity or coding automation, his philosophy remains: figure out what’s necessary, leave out what isn’t.

Together, they create harmony between form and function, place and purpose. We create things because we know they can be done better. We don’t follow trends. We follow the truth of a space and shape it until it breathes. Every line is considered. Every system tested until it disappears. Every material chosen for how it will feel in ten years, when only the essence remains.
